The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), by its Chief Procurement Officer (“CPO”), is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Building Envelope Repairs at the China Trade Building in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. M.G.L. c. 7C, §§ 44 – 58, as may be amended, estimated to be for a fourteen (14) month contract with BRA.
