Description: The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the 775 Huntington Avenue project located in Mission Hill. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the PNF. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public. The Project consists of the construction of a new thirteen-story residential development of approximately 123,100 square feet of gross floor area (GSF) of residential, 2,900 GSF of commercial, and 13,500 GSF of below-grade parking. The Project will include approximately fifty-six (56) rental apartments restricted to income-eligible renters and approximately fifty-five (55) for-sale condominiums, of which approximately twenty (27) restricted to income-eligible buyers.
