  The Brigham and Women's Hospital IMPNF/PNF submitted on January 3, 2012 will be presented.  The proposal at 45 Avenue Louis Pasteur on Parcel C of Emmanuel College's Endowment Campus calls for a 360,000 square foot building dedicated to hospital uses, including laboratory, research and support spaces with 355 parking spaces.   BRA staff will present zoning recommendations for Dorchester Avenue at the third and final community wide meeting. The meeting will be followed by a 30 day comment period to solicit feedback from the community at large on the proposed zoning update. The Dot Ave zoning update was launched in February 2011 and BRA staff have been working in collaboration with a Mayoral appointed Advisory Group to develop recommendations.   The Prudential Center Advisory Committee (PruPAC) will meet to discuss applications submitted on November 30, 2011 for public benefit grants arising from the Avalon Exeter and 888 Boylston projects.
