Trinity Financial tentatively designated as the developer of the Austin Street Parking Lots

The BPDA released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment and long-term ground lease of the Austin Street Parking Lots. Trinity Financial has been tentatively designated as the developer.

Summary & Goals

The Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") is issued a DRAFT Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the redevelopment and long-term ground lease of the Austin Street Parking Lots, located between Rutherford Avenue and I-93 and the Galvin Memorial Park and the Gilmore Bridge.The BPDA sought proposals to create a mixed-use development that, in conformance with PLAN: Charlestown, will bring a mix of housing, with an emphasis on affordability, to the Charlestown area along with community-driven ground floor activation and open space. Trinity Financial has been tentatively designated as the developer.

The BPDA released a RFP for the redevelopment and long-term ground lease of the Austin Street Parking Lots. Two proposals were received.
