Project Description

The proposed project change contemplates a reduction of vehicle parking from the originally approved 36 vehicle parking spaces to 13 vehicle parking spaces in the revised design due to the removal of the below-grade parking level. The originally approved project was approved by the BPDA Board on August 11, 2016 and included a six-story residential building with up to thirty-six (36) condominium units including five (5) affordable units and up to 36 parking spaces spread across two levels of parking.
