Project Description
The proposal is for a redevelopment including up to 446 dwelling units, up to 7,500 square feet of retail space, and 14,000 square feet of cultural space in a 34-story tower adjacent to the Huntington Theatre Company site. The proposal also includes a 42,000 square foot, five (5) story (70 foot tall) building with two stories below grade to house rehearsal space, costume shops, dressing rooms, and loading area for the Huntington Theatre Company
