Project Description
The proposed building will consist of approximately 49,979 gross square feet and is four stories with a below-ground garage level for parking and bike storage. The parking garage is accessed via a new curb cut on Washington Street and has 26 total parking spaces. In the rear of the garage level is a bike room with 70 total bicycle parking spaces, as well as a trash room and mechanical and storage space. The first level of the building consists of retail space and residential space.
