Project Description

Copper Mill Morrissey, LLC and POB CC 75 Morrissey LLC (collectively, the “Proponent”) seek to redevelop 75 Morrissey Boulevard as Phase 1 of the 35-75 Morrissey Boulevard Master PDA. The project proposes redeveloping the approximately 2.24-acre 75 Morrissey site with two residential buildings, a new approximately 23,900 sf community park, and new on- and off-site roadway improvements including new bicycle and pedestrian pathways.

The Morrissey Boulevard Community Advisory Committee (CAC) was appointed to assist the BPDA, the City of Boston, and other city and state agencies in reviewing proposed projects along the Morrissey Corridor and the broader Columbia Point area. Learn more about the Morrissey Boulevard CAC.
