Project Description
The Proponent proposes to renovate a former and now deconsecrated church previously known as Saint Vincent DePaul Church. The Proposed Project site consists of 16,653 square feet of land. The proposed renovations and additions is approximately 49,873 gross square feet of floor area, with approximately thirty-five (35) residential units including, as currently planned, two (2) one-bedroom units and thirty-three (33) two-bedroom units, within a six (6)-story building of approximately seventy (70) feet in height. The Proposed Project will include thirty-five (35) off-street garage parking spaces, twenty-five (25) of which will within an automated lift parking system, as well as thirty-five (35) interior resident bike spaces and sixteen (16) exterior visitor bike spaces.
