Project Description

The Proponent seeks to further revitalize and activate the Project Site as the second phase of development under the PDA, with the construction of a new fifteen (15) story, 438-room hotel of approximately 160,000 gross square feet (the “Proposed Project”). The Project’s vehicular parking will be accommodated by the existing surface parking lot at the Project Site. This modification will result in an amendment to the original PDA phase, increasing the maximum key count to up to 530 rooms within the Aloft and Element Hotels, up from the originally approved 510 rooms.
