Project Description

The proposed project at 4 Liberty square consists of the Renovation of the existing +-25,000 Sq ft 7 story office building with restaurant on ground level which sits prominently on Liberty Sq at the corner of batterymarch & water street. The proposed plans call for The existing office space on floors 2-7 to be converted apartments. 36 New apartment homes would be provided, of those units 5 IDP units and 1 voucher unit are proposed. Restaurant or retail use would remain on ground level. The exterior is in amazing condition and needs little restoration.
