Project Description
The Applicant is proposing to construct a new five-story (5) residential building consisting of approximately forty-eight thousand, nine hundred and twelve (48,912) square feet of living space divided into fifty (50) units ranging from studio units to three-bedroom units (the “Proposed Project”). The Proposed Project will exceed the City’s Inclusionary Development Policy minimum by designating eight (8) units as affordable. The Proposed Project will also provide seventeen (17) parking spaces, fifty (50) indoor bicycle spaces, and ten (10) outdoor visitor bicycle spaces.
