Project Description
Conversion of three (3) adjoining buildings from business use to residential apartments in accordance with the Downtown Residential Conversion Incentive Pilot Program, combining them into one (1) singular building. The buildings include 85 Devonshire Street, 258 Washington Street, and 262 Washington Street. This conversion will provide Ninety-Five (95) residential rental apartments and amenities, from Floor Two (2) to Floor Eleven (11), totaling approximately 86,700 square feet, and approximately 15,798 square feet of retail will remain on the first floor and mezzanine levels. The unit mix will be comprised of twenty-nine (29) studio apartments, fifty-four (54) one-bedroom apartments, and twelve (12) two-bedroom apartments, with an average unit area of six-hundred and forty (640) square feet.
