Project Description
The proposal is to construct a 28-unit residential apartment building in 4 stories above flood elevation, on-site parking for 16 vehicles below flood elevation, residential lobby, utility spaces, and a dedicated bicycle room (the “Proposed Project”). As required by the City’s Inclusionary Development Policy (the “IDP”), five (5) of the residential units will be income-restricted for households earning a maximum of 70% of Area Median Income (“AMI”). The Proposed Project will be situated on an approximately combined lot of +/-14,829 square feet of land which will have an address of 9 Geneva Street, in Boston’s East Boston neighborhood, between Maverick Street and Gove Street.
