Harrison Lenox, LLC is proposing the development of an approximately 6-story residential building with approximately 45 affordable homeownership units, 54 bicycle parking spaces, and 32 at-grade vehicular parking spaces. The proposed development site currently houses a parking lot used by Boston Water and Sewer Commission employees and visitors.
