Gillette, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Procter & Gamble Company, proposes the redevelopment of an area generally known as Gillette's South Boston Manufacturing Center (the "SBMC"). The Project involves planning the future of Gillette's existing Read more...campus at the SBMC, which is an approximately 31-acre site. It is anticipated that the Project will be built out in phases. It is further anticipated that the Project will support the transition from a site located in a Manufacturing Zone where allowed uses are primarily commercial and industrial uses to a site zoned to also include residential uses as allowed uses. It is further anticipated that redevelopment of the Project Site will include a combination of contiguous, usable green open spaces linked to adjacent public realm improvements
