Allston PDA Master Plan Large Project
The PDA Master Plan contemplates the construction of multiple buildings and other improvements, which may be built simultaneously or in phases. The PDA Area is an approximately 14.2 acre area of land. Allowed uses for the PDA Area include, among others, office, laboratory, residential, civic, cultural, research and development, service, open space (including programmed open space), hotel, conference center, and retail and/or restaurant, together with Accessory and Ancillary Uses.
