This is a Public Meeting for the proposed 3430 & 3440 Washington Street project located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The Proposed Project is intended to include two buildings totaling approximately 224, 501 gross square feet of floor area. Together the two buildings will contain approximately 256 adequately-sized multi-family rental units and approximately 12,095 gross square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 142 garage parking spaces.
