This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located 4 Liberty Square in the Downtown neighborhood of Boston. The Purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application filed on December 9th and its potential impacts
The Following Description has been provided by the proponent team: "The proposed project at 4 Liberty Square consists of the renovation of the existing +-25,000 Sq ft 7 story office building with restaurant space on the ground level which sits prominently on Liberty Square at the corner of Batterymarch & Water Street. The proposed plans call for the existing office space on floors 2-7 to be converted to apartments. This would create 36 new units. Of those units 5 IDP units and 1 voucher unit are proposed. Restaurant or retail use would remain on the ground level."
