Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Joint Impact Advisory Group (IAG)/Public Meeting for the 1208C VFW Parkway project located in West Roxbury. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss updates to the project proposal. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the IAG then the general public.

705 Plantation Street Realty, LLC is proposing to construct a five-story, 62,140 sq. ft. rental building with approximately 55 units and 55 surface parking spaces. The building will also have 55 resident bicycle spaces as well as visitor bicycle spaces.
