Procurement

Staff seek to engage the business community for a variety of goods and services. Whether through Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), general solicitations for quotes, or Invitation for Bids, staff seek to promote fairness, access, and transparency in all procurement activities. The Budget and Finance division includes staff focused on procurement. They help to develop scopes, draft documents, engage in the administrative process, and ensure activities happen in accordance with Massachusetts General law (c. 149, c. 30B, c. 30, 39M, and c. 7C).
