Description:

This is a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) and Public Meeting for the proposed project at 83 Leo Birmingham Parkway, located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the project to the IAG and public and gather comments and feedback for the development team.

The Project proposes the demolition and removal of the radio tower, demolition of the existing office building onsite, removal of acres of asphalt parking lot, and construction of an approximately 338-unit residential building consisting of an assemblage of various height elements and 175 below-grade parking spaces for residents. The unit mix is anticipated to be approximately 125 studio units, 157 1-bedroom units, 49 2-bedroom units, and seven 3-bedroom units.
