Onsite Builders and Development, LLC, and its Principal, Peter Heaney (collectively, the "Proponent"), proposes a multifamily residential development at 11 - 26 Heron Street in West Roxbury. The Proponent's proposal contemplates the construction of approximately seventy-two (72) residential units (including 9 income restricted units) in two (2) multifamily buildings on both sides of Heron Street, totaling approximately 78,704 square feet of gross floor area, with 57 interior garage parking spaces and 28 surface parking spaces.
