218-220 Old Colony Ave, LLC propose to construct a five-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 45,948 square feet. The proposed project will have thirty-two (32) rental units which includes five (5) IDP Units, an approximately 1,700 square feet of commercial retail space, and thirty-three (33) garage parking spaces.
