Project Description

The proposed redevelopment program is anticipated to be anchored by the construction of an approximately 90,000-square-foot office and research and development building. The building will be designed to accommodate research companies in the biotechnology and life sciences industry in the early stages of their growth. The Project is also anticipated to include public collaboration spaces, a publicly accessible courtyard fronting Western Avenue, replacement ambulance bay space for a current use on the Site, and structured accessory parking. The Project has been designed to comply with the recently adopted Western Avenue Corridor Study and Rezoning and to accommodate enhanced public realm and streetscape improvements.
