Project Description
On July 5, 2024, the Proponent submitted a Notice of Project Change (the “July 2024 NPC”) further updating the Project by changing the use of portions of the first floor of the building from commercial to residential uses as shown on the floor plans attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Floor Plans”) and reducing the total number of homeownership units in the building from approximately 50 to approximately 44 (collectively, the “Proposed Changes”). As shown on the Floor Plans, the ground-floor commercial space has been further reduced to approximately 1,100 square feet of commercial space, and the six ground-floor units have been relocated and replaced with the following components: one market rate unit, five affordable units for occupancy by artists pursuant to the Mayor Office of Arts and Culture’s (“MOAC”) Artist Certification process (“Artist Live/Work Units”). The total gross floor area, height, dimensions and building design remain consistent with the description of the Project previously approved and described in the Development Plan. No other changes to the Project are proposed.
