Project Description
The project as last approved by the BPDA Board consists of the renovation and conversion of the former Immaculate Conception Church and Link Building into a residential building with 63 residential units, of which 51 would be rental units and 12 would be condominium units. The project is currently under construction. On March 31, 2021, the Proponent submitted a Notice of Project Change and a PDA Amendment to convert all of the residential units in the building to condominiums.
