81 Chestnut Hill Avenue, LLC is looking to replace an existing multi-family structure with a new 4-story,14-unit residential rental building of approximately 24,740 gross square feet with three (3) main residential levels above a ground-level parking garage for 17 vehicles. Two (2) of the residential units will be designated as affordable. Eleven of the fourteen units will be two (2) bedroom units and three of the 14 units will be three (3) bedroom units.
