Private developers, through the Inclusionary Development Policy (IDP), provide IDP housing units affordable to moderate to middle income households. Please explore the documents below related to these opportunities. For Renters and Owners

• City of Boston Eligibility Verification Tool
  This is a required Google Sheet that all Agents must use to verify Applicant’s Eligibility for Inclusionary Units.

  This is a collection of example documents that Inclusionary Housing Compliance will require during the Eligibility Verification Process.
