Project Description

This Project is Phase 1B of the North Point Master Plan and includes two (2) buildings, Building G and Building H, located partially in Charlestown neighborhood of Boston and partially in the City of Cambridge. Building G is an approximately 798,542 gross square-foot, fourteen (14) story, commercial lab and office building (with approximately 237,122 gross square feet located within the City of Boston). Building H is an approximately 644,015 gross square-foot, fifteen (15) story office building (with approximately 33,056 square feet located within the City of Boston).
