Project Description
The Parcel U Project, located at 143 - 171 Hyde Park Avenue in Jamaica Plain, received approval from the BPDA Board in December 2014. The project comprised three phases. All phases have been completed: Phase A in April 2018, Phase C in December 2019, and Phase B in July 2021. Project resulted in 132 residential units (54 townhouse condominiums and 78 rental units) of which 85 are affordable.
