Waterside Place Phase 1A

On November 17th, 2011, the Boston Redevelopment Authority board voted to approve the Waterside Place development project, of which Phase 1A was subsequently completed in 2014. Approximately 6,555 square feet of ground-floor commercial space in Waterside Place Phase 1A was allocated to innovation uses. On April 16th, 2019, the Drew Company, Inc., on behalf of Core Development Group North LLC, submitted a Notice of Project Change ("NPC") to the Boston Planning & Development Agency. The proposed NPC seeks to change the use of the remaining portion of the ground-floor commercial space, which consists of approximately 3,593 square feet, in allowing Boston Veterinary Clinic to lease the space.
