Description:

900 Beacon Street Realty Trust (the "Proponent") intends to redevelop an approximately 11,952 square foot parcel located at 900 Beacon Street in the Fenway neighborhood. The Proposed Project will consist of a newly constructed six story, mixed-use building containing 38 residential units, 4,470 square feet of commercial/retail space, and 36 off street parking spaces.
