Pre-submission conference on the Congress Street Bridge Lighting Project RFP at the project site (meeting in front of the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum, 306 Congress Street, Boston, MA 02210, on the Congress Street Bridge). Attendence is encouraged, but not required.
