Description:

The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) invites the community to attend a developer's presentation by CVJC, LLC to discuss their proposed development of a BPDA-owned parcel at 41 Regent Street, Roxbury. The Proponent proposes to combine the BPDA parcel with its adjacent land at 64 Alpine Street, to construct a 15 unit condominium, targeting middle-income buyers, including some income restricted units.
