At this RSMPOC the BPDA provided a planning update and reviewed the contents of the RFPs for Blair Lot, Parcel 8, and Nawn Factory. The RFPs were then voted on, by the RSMPOC, to be consiered by the BPDA Board for release later this month. Final copies of the RFPs will be made available over the coming weeks and the community will be notified when they are released.
Attendees also requested that the BPDA share a process diagram of how these RFPs will eventually become developments.
Here is a link to the Article 80 process, which commences once the Project Review Committee recommends developers for each parcel. We will share a document that outlines the PRC process over the coming weeks.

As part of the review process project review committees (PRCs) will be formed to evaluate the developer submissions based on the criteria developed through the PLAN: Dudley Square process and outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFPs). After proposals are selected, PRCs continue to monitor project progress from tentative designation until the buildings are ready to open.
