Description:
Please join the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) in collaboration with the City of Boston at the fourth Western Avenue Corridor Study and Rezoning workshop. The project team will present a preliminary urban design framework plan based on past planning and previous feedback for discussion with the community. The workshop will then examine the trade-off associated with zoning changes within the study area. The project team will review possible zoning changes such as use, height, density, housing affordability, and off-site parking with the community to inform the next steps for the Corridor Study.
