The BPDA is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting regarding the Doyle's Café project located at 3478-3484 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) recently filed. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.
The project consists of a full renovation of Doyle's Café, including a new 4,178 SF urban grocery market and construction of new 4-story addition of residential condominiums located above the urban market. A proposed new 4-story residential building containing seven (7) new units including covered parking for restaurant goers and grocery market buyers located at grade.
*Updated Program will include Phase 2 a future residential structure located at 69 Williams Street consisting of 6 condominium units with off-street parking for 6 vehicles. The unit mix will include two (2) one-bedroom units and four (4) three-bedroom units.
