The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the 80-100 Smith Street project located in Mission Hill. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Supplemental Filing. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.
The Proposed Project will contain two new residential buildings totaling approximately 202,000 square feet, 218 rental units, approximately 214 parking spaces, and bicycle parking.
