Description:

This is a Public Meeting for the proposed 944 Saratoga Street project, located in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Change. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Small Project Change filed by CBE 944 Saratoga LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to construct a four (4) story, twenty-four (24) unit condominium building. The building will contain on-site parking for eleven (11) vehicles and twenty-eight (28) bicycle parking spaces. (“The Proposed Project”).
