This is a virtual Impact Advisory Group (IAG) Meeting for the proposed 151 Rivermoor Street project located in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.

The IAG serves as the advisory body for the 151 Rivermoor Street project. This meeting will be focused on the proposed Article 80B Large Project and Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed. The meeting will begin with a 30-minute presentation of the project by the development team, followed by a 45-minute discussion of the IAG, followed by 45 minutes of public Q&A.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
