Description:

This is a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 151 Rivermoor Street project located in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

FPM Boston Real Estate, LLC (the proponent) proposes to redevelop the site located at 151 Rivermoor Street in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. The proposed redevelopment includes the construction of a single-story warehouse and manufacturing facility consisting of approximately 61,800 gross square feet. The development will include new driveway and parking areas with appropriate accommodations for tractor-trailer movements. In addition, areas of existing pavement will be removed to create more green space, and the pedestrian sidewalk along the frontage of Rivermoor Street will be improved to be in compliance with the Architectural Access Board requirements.
