Description:

The Planning Department is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 434 Washington Street in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

The proposed project is located at 434 Washington Street and proposes the construction of a new four-story mixed-use building with eighteen (18) residential units, one (1) 1,180 sf ground floor commercial retail space, twenty-four (24) bicycle spaces, and eleven (11) interior parking spaces.
