Description:
This is a Boston Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposed project located at 259-267 Summer Street in the South Boston Waterfront neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. As well as the Planned Development Area (PDA) Development Plan and the 8th Amendment to PDA Master Plan no.69 "100 Acres"
Additionally, the Project is currently under review for a contract for Payment in Lieu of Taxes ("Pilot") which will provide the project a tax abatement under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 121B.
*The Following project description was provided by the Development Team: "Convert existing office building to mixed-use building, to contain approximately 77 dwelling units, with amenity space, and approximately 3 commercial/retail units, as part of the Office to Residential Conversion Pilot program."
