The Planning Department is hosting a Public Meeting for the 43 Preble Street project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the updated proposal and next steps in the Article 80 process. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.
The proposed project consists of 31 new residential home ownership units with 5 affordable units as well as approximately 759 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
