Description:
The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 77 Terrace Street located in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The Project proposes 44 units of affordable ownership to be constructed on City of Boston land following tentative designation by the City of Boston and Mayor's Office of Housing. The Project will create 44 units of ownership housing (80% and 100% of Boston AMI) along with 2700 sf of ground-floor retail with garage parking.
