Samuels & Associates Files Letter of Intent for Fenway Triangle Project

Samuels & Associates filed a Letter of Intent with the BRA for a mixed use project in the Fenway neighborhood. The proposed project, to be known as Fenway Triangle, consists of two buildings; the first would occupy a block bordered by Boylston Street, Kilmarnock Street, Van Ness Street and a new street and the second building will be located at 132 Brookline Avenue.

The first building is anticipated to include approximately 130,000 square feet of residential use, 225,000 square feet of office use and 200,000 square feet of retail use. The second building is anticipated to include approximately 150,000 square feet of residential use and 10,000 square feet of retail use. The project will also include approximately 500 underground parking spaces.

A formal project notification form is likely to be filed with the BRA within the next several weeks.
