Samuels & Associates files PNF for Fenway Triangle Mixed Use Project

Samuels & Associates files a PNF (project notification form) for “Fenway Triangle Mixed Use Project.” Under the $250 million plan filed with the BRA on December 20th, Samuels & Associates has proposed a total of 290 apartments, 165,000 square feet of retail and 225,000 square feet of office space. The “Fenway Triangle Mixed Use Project” will consist of two buildings, 1325 Boylston Street and 132 Brookline Avenue.This project will improve the architectural character, urban design, retail vitality, and pedestrian experience in the Boylston Street corridor.
