Roxbury Strategic Master Plan Oversight Committee Meeting Monday, September 12, 6:00 pm - 7:45 pm Dudley Branch Library, 65 Warren Street, Roxbury   BRA representatives will explain the public process for development at  Parcels 9 & 10 at the intersection of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Washington Street. Frieda Garcia Park Meeting Wednesday, September 14, 6:00pm - 7:00 pm Back Bay Event Center Freedom Room, 200 Berkeley Street BRA/EDIC Monthly Board Meeting Thursday, Sept 15, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm City Hall, 9th Floor, Room 900 The BRA/EDIC board will be voting on several  proposed developments, including the renovation of  St. Peter’s Convent, the Winsor School,  Boston Conservatory, and Harvard University’s Tata Hall. Other Events E+ Green Building Developers to be Named Wednesday, September 14, 6:00 pm McCormick Gallery at Boston Architectural College, 320 Newbury Street RSVP here Development teams for Boston’s next generation of ultra-efficient, energy positive, deep green buildings will be announced Wednesday at the McCormick Gallery at the Boston Architectural College.  The teams are being chosen from submissions to a BRA Request for Proposal for E+ green buildings at three city parcels in Roxbury and Jamaica Plain.  Stefan Behnisch, President of Behnisch Architekten, and Nadav Malin, President of BuildingGreen, have assisted the City in the selection of the winning development teams and honorable mentions.  The submitted designs will be on view at the Boston Architectural College through Sunday, September 25. The E+ Green Building Demonstration Program is a residential design and construction initiative to bring energy, environmentally, and equity positive green homes to Boston's neighborhoods.
