The plan includes a 5-story structure with 22 units, including 3 affordable units, and 26 parking spaces. Harrison-Albany Strategic Plan Community Meeting, South End Tuesday, September 20, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Franklin Square House, 11 E. Newton Street, South End The final draft of the proposed new zoning guidelines for the Harrison Albany Corridor will be presented. Air Rights Parcels 12-15 CAC Meeting, Back Bay Tuesday, September 20, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Boston Public Library, Boston Room, 700 Boylston Strret A Community Advisory Committee meeting to discuss future use of MassDOT Turnpike air rights parcels 12-15 in the Back Bay. Dorchester Avenue Zoning Advisory Group Meeting Wednesday, September 21, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Viet AID, 42 Charles Street, Fields Corner, Dorchester At the advisory group’s sixth meeting they will discuss the boundaries of the Dorchester Avenue Neighborhood Zoning District and the possibility of a Neighborhood Design Overlay District on Dorchester Avenue, which would impact how historic architecture might influence future development there.
